		<description><![CDATA[Ended up having to do this P2V again. Simple process to get the VM up.

Boot to &#039;linux rescue&#039; mode, chroot /mnt/sysimage, cp /etc/modprobe.conf to /etc/modprobe.conf.bkup, vi /etc/modprobe.conf
 --&gt; change the scsiadapterx to use ata_piix
 --&gt; change the alias eth0 to use pcnet32
save the file
service kudzu start
run mkinitrd for whatever kernel you are using in /boot/grub/grub.conf
ie. mkinitrd -v -f 2.6.14.centos.img 2.6.14.centos

Reboot and you should be able to boot normally]]></description>
